I hate that my chest is so big. It runs in my family and I'm worried that I'll have back problems later on down the road. I eat healthy and exercise regularly so I'm in pretty good shape. It's just my chest that's large. Is there any way besides surgery where I could get my chest smaller? Do exercises targeted on that specific area work?

Besides the overall potential for fat loss from dieting, not much. Sometimes having a baby and nursing can shrink them, but then again sometimes that does nothing and sometimes it makes them bigger. But that's the only non-surgical ways I know.

I hate to say this but NO MORE SUGAR!!!

Only eat fruites, veggies, and 100% whole wheat bread.

In addition to this, by excersizing at least 30 minutes a day, the pounds in that area will shead faster than ever!!!

Also talk to your doctor because he or she might have some additional tips.
