It depends on your credit, what your APR is going to be if you get approved and also the length of time you are given to repay the loan. If you have good credit you may get an APR of 18% with monthly payments of a little over $100 a month for 12 months. With bad or not so good credit, if your approved anywhere you may have to pay an APR of 25% which of course would make your monthly payment a lot higher.

1500 isnt that much.... In my exp, most people who need such a small amount generally do not have '800 credit score'. Its actually easier to get a credit card for 1500 than to get a personal loan from a bank. If you get a credit card, you can get one with cash options. Borrow against the credit and only pay the min payments. Bad thing with that is the apr is generally pretty high, but the payments would be low.

It's almost better to just put it on a credit card and then if you can't pay it back right away, use the transfer options from one card to another to get the 1500 charged at a lower interest rate, for the life of the loan. There is nothing wrong with using a credit card as a line of credit as long as you are responsible about it, and it can be especially effective if you can transfer around to other cards for a super-low rate.

can you pay by credit card for what you need the money for? If so apply for a credit card that has 0% apr for the first year

it will depend on your credit score or if you have established credit at all. if you have not established i would start with my local bank where you do your checking. if you do not do any banking i am afraid you are looking at a problem. raising capital is not difficult depending on what it is for. if you want to expound on the circumstances you can email your information to highergroundfinsvc@yahoo.com . good luck
