You have a special fan brush that you have to buy in the wallpaper section and also a flat (it looks like a spatula) you use to get wrinkles out of your wallpaper but you have to do it while the paper is still wet! You can also use a needle or razor small slit in your wallpaper to get the wrinkles out. Do not razor slit the opening to much else you will damage the wallpaper. Good Luck....

Get a needle or straight pin and stick a few holes in the wrinkles.
