Probably not..... You can buy a new one with the warranty for the same price or LESS. Check it out.

Unfortunately, no. Everything is going to be digital in 2010. While you could still get the signal on that set, it would not be anywhere as good as a new HDTV. Also, by 2010, all digital signals on all channels will be in the widescreen format. Again, you could watch it on your set but you would have black spaces on your screen so the picture would actually be smaller. My recommendation is to go HDTV with widescreen. You won't regret it. Go small if you need to to save money (25 inches for example) or go as big as you can afford.

Sure.It may cost you 30 to 50 dollaars to get it repaired and a new tv will cost a couple hundred

nope get one second hand out the paper with alot more style and probly even bigger if wanted for even less than getting repaired
also if its the tube in the TV thats damaged it will cost more than the tvs worth
