I'd recommend Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu as it stresses fitness and actual practice. Some of the other disciplines, like Judo and Aikido, are useful for defense but the classes are not as physically challenging as Jiu-Jitsu. Muay Thai is good exercise, but really bruises up your shins. I'm not familiar with Krav Maga, but I would place it in the same category as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu which stresses real life situations and practice.

Hope this helps, and good luck!

Fitness level: Muay Thai. GREAT cardio, improved muscle mass, weight loss.

Real-life scenario fighting: Krav Maga. [[Military Krav Maga is sometimes considered the BEST martial art]]

Out of the discipline's you've mentioned, I'd either go for Brazilian Jujitsu, Muay Thai, or possibly Judo since you're looking at it from aphysical fitness standpoint.

any one of these three discipline's should at least give you a good cardio workout at the very least.

Any of them would work just fine. Just keep up with it. Don't start something and not finish it. Good luck with that.
