Bomber and transport crews have sanitary facilities on-board, but I always wondered on the longer missions, what do the jet jocks do if they "gotta go"?

Fighter pilots can wear a condom that is attached to a tube for #1. For #2 they can wear a depends style undergarment. Thankfully for the pilots most trips are short (< 2 hrs) unless they are continuously air to air refueling

Most fighter pilots don't have to go to the bathroom during a flight because when u are travelling at such high speeds they cover great distances in short periods of time and the aircraft only have an endurance of around 2 hours

Many of them wear diapers. A high-G maneuver requires you to squeeze like you're pooping anyway, and accidents do occasionally happen.

If they need to pee, they have a tube that takes it away. Anything else they are kindof stuck in their own stink.
