I HAVE RECENTLY INSTALLED CERAMIC TILE IN MY LIVING ROOM AND HAVE DIFFERENT TILE IN THE ENTRY BY FRONT DOOR. CAN I PAINT OVER THAT EXISTING TILE TO BETTER MATCH MY NEW TILE? THANKS

yes, you can buy special paint for ceramic tiles

If you clean thoroughly and Primer the floor and use an epoxy paint, It should hold up for a while. Or you can paint just the grout lines to better match the floors depending on how bad off the colors are.
You can also tile over your entry tile with a matching tile without removing the old entry.That would be my suggestion.

I don't think paint will stick to ceramic tile. I'd try to paint the walls to match the tile.

NO!!! You will ruin the new floor tiles. The best thing to do is remove the old and then put down the new. Other wise you will just be wasting time and money. Tiles are not like cement or wood floors they are not as sturdy and they don't give as well.

It won't work. See if you can find matching tile or something that goes better with the new tile.
