boil them first, then run cold water over them, skin (potato) comes right off

you know there comming out with auytomatic everything these days so I would use a automatic potato peeler any day.

actually i just invented one off the top of my head, you can have this maching about the top of the potatoe and the maching has this blade covering around the top of the potatoe and then the blade expands and cuts all the way around at once in one big peel.
