Yea! Firstly you have to eat as much as possible and always eat with coca-cola.All those junks food will also helpful eat them a lots,atleast within a week you will surely feel the difference believe it.

I've had a too skinny problem all my life...except whenever i was pregnant..but I found that if you drink protein shakes and eat something really fattening before bed..you'll notice a weight gain. But the best weight to gain is muscle..workout! You not only build muscle but build your appetite...you eat more! But still I can eat what ever when ever and barelt gain a thing...I know what you r talking about though!

protiens, vitamins etc will take time and need to be consumed for long time....the best thing i suggest u is....''honey''...2 teaspoons of honey mixed with a glass of warm water, everyday early morning in ur empty stomach...u ill see a tremendous change in just 2 weeks.....its a natural medicine with all good nutrients mixed...make sure honey is pure...

Eat only the good stuff for you. IE fruites, veggies, meats, and only 100% whole wheea bread. BUT THE KEY IT TO EAT LOTS OF IT!!!!

eat carbs like alot of pasta it will help bulk you up
