Yes throw them out.

Breeding Lovebirds are very expensive. You need a nesting box in the cage special bedding and it needs to be dark. After the female lays them the male will sit on them until they hatch, then they both will care for the birds..

My daughter raised them and never had a problem with them neglecting them ...

Usually lovebird eggs, if fertile with hatch in around 10 days or so I believe....The best thing to do is take the eggs and candle them, take a candle and hold them near the candle don't put the flame directly on the egg, but turn out all the lights in the room and do it. If you see an embryo then its fertile. Another way I've been told is to lightly put teh egg on the ground if it rolls and keeps going its hollow, it will roll kinda funny if there is something heavier on one side of it and will rock back and forth rather than roll if that makes sense! Good luck~

no not yet lift up the eggs gently and put a torch behind it then look through the egg to see if there is an embryo inside and if its moving sort off like an x-ray if its nnot moving then get rid of it if it is put it in the same place you found it and leave it check it every 2 weeks or so after that

My Recipe for deviled egg filling rocks 12-18 eggs 8 oz..cream cheese a million/2 cup Ranch Dressing a million tsp each and each of dill & candy salad cubes. I make this up & when you consider that I infrequently consume eggs I supply those away to acquaintances or elderly neighbours for thier Sunday dinners ((MyJack))

yes, we had finches and they eggs every day but wouldn't tend to them. This is because they're not fertile.
small house birds can become egg bound easy. so yes you want to toss the eggs out as soon as you see them. i had both male and female birds in the same cage and I thing when your bird does have fertile eggs, you'll know by her behavior.

I would think that if the eggs haven't hatched after six months they aren't going to hatch at all. I am sure you can find information about it on the Internet rather than asking laymen on yahoo like me who don't know their............................ from a hole in the ground.
