The egg. A chicken could have been a hybrid of two other birds, one which laid an egg and fertilised by a different one to grow into the first chicken.

the chicken of course. cause when God created the world he put a pair (male and female) of each animal, bird, reptile,fish, insecet etc on the earth. then the pairs got going to reproduce and then came the egg.
hows that for an answer.
