i wanna come to usa and i want to be sure of these stuff i mean is this a crime to bring copy dvds to usa(they're mine and i dont want to copy them fo others)

As a practical matter, you can put them in your luggage and you will have no legal trouble. However, the risk of theft or damage is what you should be concerned about. You'd be much better off with them in your carry on luggage.
