Hi all
I have seen several questions about photo editing software, but my question is -

How can I easily have several photos open on screen at once? All I want to do is to be able to choose which out of a bunch of near-identical photos would be the best. This would be a really useful procedure! I use Windows Picture Viewer normally, but it only seems to allow one picture to be open at once.

Thanks in advance!

ps I usually just use thumbnails but in many instances they are just too small to choose between photos that are vitually identical! Don't ask me why but I often take several/lots of the same shot, especially somewhere fabby for instances I took about 350 pics the day I went to the Great Wall of China!!!

I have windows
scanner and printer wizard.
if u have a printer, which i assume u do
u can print out a contact sheet
of about 25 postage stamp size and pick the best ones, or keep them if u like !!
u can also print 6/4/2/1 per page as u choose.
then u could get a laminator and laminate them.
or u could try microsoft photo editor.

good luck.

Several simple solutions :

The easiest is to just choose "view as thumbnails" in the Windows Explorer "view" options. Choose this option when opening the directory that contains your photos.

Another is to download any of several free photo browsers available on the web (several at this site ..totally free) :

Window fax picture viewer will not allow you to view all the picture in editing area. But look into the bottom panel of fax viewer you can see all of your pictures thumbnails. If you want to really satisfies with your question you have asked for..go to http://www.adobe.com and down load the recent version of acrobat reader Version 7 which comes with Adobe Album free-on a single screen you can view all your pic and edit them also. It's an auto edit software.Adobe photo shop software.or if you have hp software you can view all your pic in one page,.
