I'm getting it cut here in an hour or so, and I'm not quite sure what I want.

That's it now. I wanted to get it to shoulder length with alot of layers and get the side bangs fixed, but my friends have threatened to tackle me if I take too much off.

you should get shorter bangs....and cut it shorter with lots oof layers
dont let your friends tell you what to do and stop you from getting what you want.

nooooo don't do it! your hair is gourgeous right now, the best i can suggest is just trim the bangs a little so they'll be shorter.
