Boston Terrier with 7 nipples? Is it normal?

I have a Boston Terrier and she is 2 y/o. My husband and I wonder why she has an odd number of nipples, Is this normal?

Its OK....just born that way. Often there are less, or more, or ones that aren't even fully developed. Now its just an identifying feature.

Most dogs have an even number of nipples, but odd numbers are far from unusual. Usually it is one of the end set that is missing.

And there are normally between 4-6 sets of nipples (generally the bigger the dog, the more sets).

yeah, my dog has 11 nipples. and is perfectly normal. well not really...shes a little crazy but it doesnt have anything to do with her nipples.

That just means that she will have 7 babies. It is very normal. For every nipple she has that would be for every baby she will have if she ever had babies.
