Okay, You need to work in steps to get this down.
Firstly you need to know how to get into a back bend (Not laying on the floor and then lifting yourself up kind.) Actually bending backwards. And then once you have that down, you need to be able to flip over while in the backbend position. This is called a walkover. You need to really make sure you have this down, it is crucial if you don't and will try to do a back handspring and break your neck. then, I suggest standing in front of a wall (Back facing the wall) and doing the backbend fast also kicking your legs up to the wall. By now you have the backhandspring halfway down. Do so many of these until you feel completely confident with it to do the real thing. This takes alot of practice.

it won't take that long yet previously you initiate in simple terms attempting flips, have somebody help spot you for a collectively as because of the fact it enables. to verify a back handspring have somebody positioned a hand on your decrease back and the interior your knee and then bounce and change backwards. in case you initiate with a spotter it is going to likely be greater handy to make the transition into doing it on your guy or woman. good luck :)

For me i had a really hard time doing backhand springs. It took me awhile. I wouldnt recommend doing a back handspring by yourself, because you can really hurt yourself badly. Trust me, i have tryed this before and it HURTS!! But try doing backwalk overs, over and over, but faster each time. Then kinda do a little spring but wiht your legs and feet together. Dont do it on the trampoline, even though it sounds safer, you might get scared to do it on the floor becasue its a lot harder.

start by getting on your nees and bend all the way back like your doing a backbend(5 min.)next after youve mastered that stand up straight and and spread your feet 2 and a half put your hands up and bend back slowly after you do that go int a backbend position and start pushing your legs up and sooner or later your legs will get stronger and you will be doing a back-hand spring

There are some gyms that have a special machine that is like a big wheel. You are strapped to it and then you jump and you use your force to push your self round.
Alternitavely.....practic bridges, then fall back into bridges, then kick out of bridges, then back walk over.

first improve your basics, step by step and make that PERFECT-first~hand-stands and bridges
then~handstand rolls and front walk-over
then~front handspring and back bend kick-over
*these will increase you strength if you are doing them right*
after that, try a back bend kick over, (WITH YOUR LEGS TOGETHER

you shouldnt try and teach yourself, because if you fall you can land the wrong way and seriously hurt yourself. i recommend you go to a gymnastics place and learn there. good luck.
