B, A-tone-ment,

but being "at one" sums it up beautifully.

(b) is the correct pronunciation, but "at-one-ment" should not be overlooked if one wishes to see clearly.

`B` is the proper pronouncation, but there is a play on words here with `A`, meaning that the repentant person is at- one with God.
