i believe in ghosts .. i have studied them
they are not spirit though and cant harm you as they are only energy replaying and not a conscious energy
spirit on the other hand are conscious but only come with love

i do believe in the different astral planes and how their inhabitants are very much alive although is hard to get contact with them from here.
