Okay so I really like this guy alot. I used to be good friends back in eigth grade cause he sat in front of me but now we hardly ever see each other. He's pretty shy. I wanna know if these are signs:
-He would always try to make me laugh
-He would choose me over his friends to study with in class and he would be the one to ask me if i wanted to study with him every week
-Whenever I get up to sharpen my pencil he would take things off my desk and read them and when I would come back he would make observattions about them like this one project I did.
-When there was this bug crawling around (I am so scared of bugs) I jumped on the chair and after they killed it he was laughing at me and goes "You HAD to see your face!"
-He couldnt stop thanking me whenever i gave him a Valentines day card
-Whenever I let him see my picture he kept staring at it and finally he said "It's better than mine"
-Whenever we leave the classroom he would be walking behind me and try to talk to me

Most definitely talk to him more. A great sign would be if HE asked for YOUR number because that would mean that he wants more. Just hold on and hang out more if you can. It seems really sweet. (Oh and also make sure he's not a, uh, player. What I'm saying is, there are some guys that like to flirt with all the girls and never get into anything serious. If you don't mind that, then go for it. But if you think you'll get attached...blah blah blah I'm digging way too far into this. Just do your background checks.)

He is interested and yes shy. I'd say he's shy because he probably is not very experienced dating and doesn't want to screw things up because he doesn't know a lot on it. Next time he makes you laugh just ask if he wants to hang out sometime. Make him choose what ya'll do, though. This could work, but you will probably have to do more work than normal, and he might not always have the guts to go for something sometimes, at least at first.

give it a shot
flirt back with him and laugh at his jokes
do not ignore him
talk to him when possible
get to konw him betterand see if he likes u
he also just might want to be friends so do'nt move to fast in this relationship
u said he ws shy, make him feel comfortable around u so that when u guys talk he won't say something stupid and then get u mad at him talk about things that make him feel comfortable
study with him as much as u can and start up a conversation about his life or ur life

my friend was in the same situation.
she really liked this dude from school and every little thing he did she thought it was a ''sign''
she was so excited because he would often flirt with her..
but when she told him how she felt about him
he totally told her that he didnt like her THAT WAY
and my friend just got her heart broken...
BUT YOU SHOULD TELL HIM HOW YOU FEEL
theres nothing to loose.

well he likes u just ask him casually if he wants to go for a coffee or a drink and flirt with him there make sure he gets the idea that u liek him back
