I have money, and im old enough to get my mom something for christmas.
she has told me a couple of sweaters she likes.
but I really wanna get something specail for her.
but I only have about 60 dollars...

go to a place like things remembered & buy her something special & have it engraved. (picture frame, jewlery box, etc) she can treasure this much longer than a sweater because it will eventually go out of style and get stained.
she will LOVE anything you buy for her! oh, but don't forget to put a few things in her stocking!

That is about how much a massage costs. Find a spa in your area and buy a gift card for that. A whole hour of total relaxation that every mom could use but would never buy for herself if money were tight.

You could get her a gift certificate for a Spa. She can go and get a message. 60.00 would pay for an hour aromatherapy massage.

What else does she like? I suggest getting her a sweater and then something that will remind her that you will always love her. Something that she can use everyday or see everyday that will remind her of you.
