Please try and forget ALL scientific explanations as science has been searching for God without success since the middle ages. We are all preoccupied by day to day lives that we have forgot why science began- to find the answer to existence. There has been no answer, just the same ideas with a little logic thrown in. Logic does not tackle the theory of "I" with an open mind, if at all.
ANYWAY: "I" am given life; "I" am then judged; "I" am sent back if my application into 'Gods kingdom' is rejected; to be sent back to the known world is to be sent back to hell where all worldly desires and temptations belong; each time i have a feeling of 'deja vu' i am being reminded of a wrong path choice; each time "I" am sent back is a chance to judge myself, to see the errors of my ways previously; each time "I" am sent back the feelings of 'deja vu' become stronger; or judgement day is God looking over my life through my eyes which seem like a lifetime?

ERI-- science began 'looking for god' when the belief in the church was weakened. The answers that the church gave were no longer accepted as truth. Can science explain existence Eri, no it can't. Nothing is impossible. Unless you have been 'schooled' in such a way that you are blind to all else other than your study, which you seem to be?

Oh yeah i forgot to say that this is just an idea not a belief. "I" believe in nothing and everything.

Slightly peeved-- I have had dreams but i dont think or know if they have any relevance to this. Certainly not consciously anyway.

EDSNOW-- PAY ATTENTION-- "science BEGAN looking for God when...."

2006-12-09 06:23:24 · update #4

EDSNOW-- at least try and read clearly before you criticise. I did not say what you imply. Your interpretation is poor.

Also--"Science has been searching for God......since the middle ages"
Nowhere in this have i suggested that science began at this time.

Mrsbadgrumbl-- it helps a lot more than most. Too many people think they have all the answers yet they do not understand their very existence. Thanks

dti42 Hello,

I haven't read the other answers yet but for a long time I have believed that Deja vu is a glimpse that God gives us to show us that he is outside of time and that eventually we also will reside there. I don't know if this helps

Thanks for that response Dt

Sorry, can't ignore science, since it has a very rational explanation that has been proven through testing.

It's a misfiring in your brain. You brain takes a new experience and accidentally files it as a repeated experience. That's all. Happens to everyone, no matter what they believe in.

Science is not searching for god. God is defined as the supernatural, and science investigates the natural. There's no overlap except when people say that all of the natural world should be considered god as well and there shouldn't be any science.

I am intrigued.
have u had dreams too?
i have my own explanation.
but if i give it i may blow a few minds so i won't.

try to make ur questions shorter.
and try to take more time to listen to see if God really is calling u.
u will not hear any booming voices. if u do
ignore them.
usually, the quietest and most life changing answers come from above. Why would u be rejected? If u accept Him, He will accept u.
end sermon.

Firstly, Science was not begun " to find the answer to existence". You should know this, as you appear to have picked up some weird ideas, something a true understanding of science would prevent.

It is simply the slower (usually the right-hand) half of the brain processing something that the faster (usually the left-hand) side of the brain has already processed and memorised.

i don't know what you are looking for as an answer if you want to get rid of all scientific explanations. it seems you believe god has a lot to do with it, but my opinion is that it is purely scientific.

being a non-christian, i don't understand everything you said in your question...all i know is deja vu is the feeling you've been in a particular place or situation before.
