PLEEEEEEEEASE dont tell me to use weights or some kind of a device or machine. i dont have any. just arm/leg/watever muscles. preferably upper body exercises. i cant do even ONE push-up lol.

Go up and down the stairs a lot. Jumping jax for 10 minutes. Jump rope for 10 minute. Crunches. First week do two push ups, second 4..etc.

I would probably try to do simple pilates/yoga workouts. They work wonders and if you keep at it you get great results!
