I cant breath through my nose and i feel like i got swimmers ear! would anyone know what would be a good allergy med. for me to take?

I am a life long sufferer of sinus and allergy problems...
I started with "A" and ended up with Sudafed Non-Drousy Severe Sinus and Allergy. There was a stretch after the ephedrine law that I couldn't find my "happy blue pills" and I found the new Tylenol Multi Symptom Allery and Cold. Cold or not, it helps my sinuses and lasts all day.

Try something over the counter such as claratin or benadryl. You may also want to try some sort of Advil Cold or Tylenol Cold, something like that may work. Also if your right ear hurts, pick your left leg up and jump up and down with your head tilted towards the right. This can help get whatever is in your ear moving around.

It sounds more like a "cold". I would try cold medication or maybe even Benadryl if you think that it really is allergies. But, beware the Diphenhydramine in Benadryl will most likely knock you out. I really like "Afrin" nose spray for a plugged up nose. It works wonders.

Take some Alavert, and maybe some Zicam. Hang low and don't do anything that exerts a lot of energy - go rent some movies and lie in bed for the remainder of the weekend, and sleep it off. :)

I had head congestion for 2 weeks, dr. gave me mucinex twice a day , only had to take it 2-3 days!
