Jello Instructions

If it's the little box then you boil 1 cup of water and stir in the jello for 2 or 3 minutes. Then you add 1 cup of cold water and let it gel in the fridge.

If it's the big box then you double the water. Use 2 cups of boiling water first, then 2 cups of cold.

Jello Directions

The 1 cup cold/1 cup hot, or 2 cups cold/2 cups hot water are the most common methods...however the one you need to use depends on if this was a small or large box of jello.

FYI: If you want to make 'adult' jello (jello shots) replace the cold water with the spirit of your choice (rum or vodka works well).

stir the powder with 1 cup of boiling water, add 1 cup of cold water, pour in molds. set for several hours

I like to add only 1/2 a cup of cold water, I like it more solid.
