I think i have a bladder infection and i want to go to the doctor and see if I am....but the problem is I don't want to pee in a cup cuz I don't want the to find out that I smoke marajuana...does the test automatically show up positive for marajuana or do the doctors need to be looking for it? please help me....and please no responses like you should really stop smoking ....

I had a bladder infection a long time ago and I didnt have to pee in a cup. He could tell what it was by pushing on my belly. And the syptoms I told him I was having. But if they do take urine, dont fret sweetie, they really have to be looking for that drug to find it. And again, if they take urine, they would just be looking for infection cells. So, dont worry, it will be ok. Take care!!

No matter what shows up in the urine test the doctor is not compelled to inform authorities. There are new laws in place that significantly increase doctor patient confidentiality.
Go ahead and see your doctor without worrying.
