Well, when you are in the hospital or doctors office of any sort, you sign papers and they advise you of the medicine that they are going to use and he side affects that those medicines have. Its not at all the doctors fault, if anything its your fault for telling the doctor to do whatever you told him that he could do.

From what I can tell, you're claiming that your veterinarian gave your dog too much of a medication and you needed to bring your dog to the emergency room because of the overdose?

You would need to get all of the dogs records from the vet. It would need to have all his medical records, what the medication was, why it was prescribed, etc. Then you'd need to get all of the medical records from the emergency room saying that indeed the dog was paralyzed because of the overdose of this medication.

Then I guess a lawyer would take it from there.

What evidence do you have that the vet was responsible for the overdose?

are u saying the vet paralyzed your pet!? if so then deff. get a lawyer. he should get his license away!
