Well, if she is a puppy, sometimes they do pee a lot - small bladders.
If she is not a puppy, I would say maybe call up the vet, she might have a bladder infection or something.

Unless she's a young pup, sounds like a bladder infection. Take her to the vet who can check her out to be sure. Most female dogs squat and pee without walking. The fact that she's walking while peeing is a sign that her urine is burning her a bit while peeing, which also can happen with a bladder infection. The vet will be able to give you meds for her that will clear that right up. Since animals cannot tell us what's wrong, good for you in watching your dog so closely that you caught this! She will likely be one happy lil girl when the pain goes away. If you feed her a bit of yogurt until her appt. with the vet, that will likely help a little. ;)

Sometimes that's a sign of an infection. Just like in humans, when we get bladder infections, we feel the need to go, but only go dribbles at a time.
You may want to bring a urine sample in so that the doctor can check for infections.
Next time she goes out and as she squats, place a clean aluminum pie plate under her and try to catch as much urine as you can. Usually a tablespoonful is enough for them to test. Place that in a clean bottle or container and bring to the vet for testing.
Fresher is better. If you can't get to the vet right away, either place the sample you can get into the fridge for a day or two, but better yet would be to get a sample in the morning and drop off to the vet asap.
If it's an infection, they'll dispense antibiotics.

Well if she is a puppy or small breed she will have a small bladder and need to go out more often. I have a lab who sometimes pee and walk at the same time so i think it maybe normal but taking her to the vet may be a Good idea. She could also have you trained to just take her out when she wants and she tinkles a little just to make you think she has to go out. Some times our dogs can train us better than we train them.

Frequent peeing indicates a problem. But I think walking while peeing is nothing to worry about. Some dogs do, especially puppies.

My dog was doing that quite a bit a few months ago. I took her to the doctor's and it turns out she had diabeties. But she was also a bit of weight but she is better now. Hopefully its not that-maybe a worm or a bladder infection. Either way don't wait around-she needs you to take her to the vet.

i would call a vet, since the frequent urination can signal bladder infections and diabetes. does she drink an unusually large amount of water, or does she just have to go a lot? the walking and peeing could just be her, animals are all different. but it also could be that something is irritating her. call your vet.

Take her to the vet. Sounds like a bladder infection. If that is the case, then some antibiotics for her will clear it up.

Yeah, my girlfriend's dog wants to go out to potty all the time. ok not all the time, but very often. And she does walk while she does it. I kind of thought of it as a way for her to avoid stepping in her own urine, so your dog may be doing the same. It is normal. You also may be feeding her too much liquid. If you leave her water out where it is accessible 24/7, that may be causing her to potty often.
