it probably means she doesnt like talking over the phone. try talking in person more maybe. besides, why does it matter how she is on the phone. do you go on phone dates?

dont judge someone by the way they talk on the phone. judge her by the way she acts in person.

she probably is not into you or she is very shy you need to somehow find out good luck
