So last night I was at dinner with a group of people and me and this girl were sitting across from each other. I know her pretty well, not that great. We talked quite a bit, she laughed at my jokes, we flirted some, etc. So, today I wanted to call her up and see if she wanted to get some dinner with just me. But she just got out of a month long relationship about two weeks ago. Do you guys think that she is far enough away from that?
Additional details: We're both seniors in HS.
We went to Sadies (a dance where the girl asks the guy) a few months ago.
She's the consensus 3rd hottest girl in our school.
She's very laid back, as am I.

Yes, ask her out but have something particular in mind. Like a movie you want to see or someplace you really want to go. It means more when she sees that you want her to go with you to something you enjoy.
