the audio portion is not transferring at all. below are the video stream info:
Codec: MPEG2 SSE2 Decoder
Width x Height: 720 x 480
Frame Rate: 29.97
Frames Count: 2941
Duration: 99 sec.
Bitrate: 8000 Kbit/sec.
and the audio stream info:
Codec: LPCM Decoder
Channels: 2
Sample Rate: 48000.
Samples Count: 4710305
Duration: 99 sec.
Bitrate: 1536 Kbit/sec.
any help would be appreciated, I am using MOVAVI Movie converter. Thx !

Try using a different audio decoder.

NTSC format.....
i hv no idea MOVAVI converter.....
but im using PROCODER 2
it's a powerful video converter......
