There's nothing poisonous in cat poop. But, I would make the kid brush his teeth before kissing you.

My brother did that once when he was younger. He's okay. Just make sure your son's mouth is clean and watch him carefully over the next few days. If he seems to be feeling sick, take him to the doctor. You might go ahead and call your doctor just in case. Also try to put the catbox somewhere your son won't notice it.

My two dogs keep sneaking there way every chance they can to eat cat poop from the litter box, and I am surprise they haven't gone crazy. Still I would call for professinal advive to make sure.
