Well im not sure you need to lose weight, but i'll tell you how to quick. I actually lost 20 pounds in 2 days this way, no joke. Do high intensity workouts( running, crunchs, stuff like that) for 2 to 3 hours. Then try to do weights for around an hour( when you gain muscle it allows you to lose weight faster). Drink water as much as you can especially after working out( this will wash way bad toxins in ur body that prevent u from losing weight the most effectivly). When you drink lots of water you will actually lose your desire for sweets and other unhealthy foods. Running also gives you a desire to eat right. Then only eat vegetables or chicken( not to much chicken, carrots are best). If you set this as ur goal you lose as much weight as you need, even if you run less and lift weights less. Good luck! By the way check out ur bmi measurement to see if its actually for you to lose weight, please dont binge or purge. Do not fast, try to make living healthy a lifestyle not a fad.

first of all-113 pounds and 5.2 feet is not fat, and losing 10 pounds in a couple of days is not only hard, it's dangerous to your body. Try to learn to be happy for who you are..See this table and see where you fit in..

If you lose 10 pounds you will be under weight for your height. Do not buy into the fashion industries vision of what a woman should look like. Supermodels are miserable because they basically have to starve themselves. It is not healthy. There was a fashion show recently that banned some models from participating because they were EXTREMELY thin. Some people in the fashion industry are finally beginning to realize how dangerous it is.

you dont need to lose no weight but you do need to seek some help i.e. counselling because this is how i started off and within 5 months i had lost 4 and a half stone and anorexic...i was in a psychiatric hospital for 6 months and suffered with an eating disorder for 3 years...talk to someone about how you feel before things get out of control

sweetie you are thirteen and only 113 lbs you are a perfect size to keep at this weight eating healthy and exercise is the best. keep carrots and celery with peanut butter or cream cheese around for crunchy snacks. don't fast it is incredibly unhealthy, especially at your age eat healthy lots of veggies and fruit

It is not good to put so much pressure on yourself but if you already have the dress. Try stopping the snacks and do not eat after 8 p.m. Drink alot of water and if you need to snack try fruit and go for walks
