I doubt it.
Out of 43 experiments done on praying, most of them proved that there is on correlation between praying to a god and good health. And, since the results were so varied (some results said that it didn't matter, some said that praying negatively affected healing, and the few others said that it positively affected it), praying can be assumed to have no affect on one's healing/recovery rate.
I think that you should use extra time to live your life to its fullest, not pray to something/someone that probably won't aid in healing you.
And, if you have to hope for anything, hope that scientists will find a cure for AIDS.

I am so sorry to hear that. I have a friend who has it, so I know how difficult it can be.
To pray to God is definetely a good thing. He does care about you. (1 Peter 5:7)
However, the scriptures shows that right now there's no physical healing going on.
When Jesus was on earth he did this for 3 reasons:
1. To prove he was Gods Son.
2. Becuase he felt pity for people, and,
3. To show what he will do in the future.
His apostles were also given the ability and authority to heal, but once the last apostle died those abilities were gone. It had fulfilled it's purpose for the time. (1 Cor 13:8-11)
Right now there's a spiritual healing going on. That is the work of education. Helping people to see and understand the truth in Gods word. (Matthew 24:14;28:19,20)
If a person respond favorably to the message, they will be approved by the Creator and have the opportunity to experience what He has in store. There, any physical ailment they may have, including AIDS, will be cured. (Rev 21:1-5:Isa 33:24;Ps 37:9,11)
One can, in the meantime, pray to God for guidance and wisdom to deal with the illness. As well as putting ones life in line for the future blessings. (John 17:3)
There's an encouraging article that I read and shared with my friend, that I would love to share with you as well. So, feel free to contact me and I'll be glad to send it via regular mail or e-mail to you. Of course for free and with no obligations.
*Take care !*

God has healed some people from aids, but you will never hear about it on the major networks. With God all things are possible, but He wont go against His word. Why don't you go to church and honestly accept Jesus as your personal savior and ask the church to join you in prayer for your healing? If a healing Evangelist comes to your area ,go to him and ask for prayer. Some get healed and some don't, but why not try? The important thing is being ready to meet the Lord when you do die.

I'm not sure what Christina meant when she said you sinned and did that nasty thing because you didn't even say how you got it. For all we know you got it from a blood transfusion. Not your fault. My answer to your question is I don't pray so I can't really say.

You know what you should do, you should pray to God and ask him if he will heal you. Why ask other people?

I can not answer this question. Perhaps you should pray that God is with the doctors creating more medicine, that he will show them something that they have not seen before.

Nope. Because god doesn't exist. Either that or he has a way of torturing people that he must find funny.
