Im thinking about getting breast augmentation surgery, not huge but a nice natural looking size, Men out there what do you think?

what ever makes you happy...but naturals are buy far the best ...unless yours are not in good shape i'd leave them alone ...but i know you want them soo when you go out you'll have something too fill your out fit with lol

Men can tell.
Go natural, for sure. If you are 105 lb, get a full B but no larger. C's look too large on a small girl and a guy can tell from across a football stadium. You will look like an exotic dancer, porn star wannabe, or just an attention addict.
If you're a little larger, you will be able to go a little larger.

yes you can feel the diffrance because the implants are more round and they are arder.The real and natural breast are soft and are not exactlly round.That is why when you see someone walking down the street you can tell if that peron has has surgery.You can alwlays tell.That is the thing with surgery.

im not a guy....but as another female...i can always tell if they are real or fake....the fake ones tend to look very round and have a hard look even if they are soft....and usually have a more pronounced gap/space in between them.
also...I'm naturally a 38 DD so i know what they are supposed to look like when they are that big
Although the fake boobs look very flatering with swim suits and regular clothes.

Yes, I have felt some that were as hard as rocks and thats a turn off. Make sure you go to a reputable boob doctor, lol. I bet you look just fine the way you are.

nothing can compare touch wise to the real thing but still there are a lot of men and woman still like implants personaly give me the real thing anyday size does not matter.

if it is going to help your apperance- clothes fit better- and make you fell good about yourself- go for it. i can tell ,the feel is different.

I don't have to feel them to know they are fake...I have eyes, and yes, fake boobs are just bad.
