ok so tonight im going to a concert and it is senses fail so im going to be screaming and stuff but i cant go if i feel like this sooo please help me and if i go to a dr. he will tell me to stay home and rest and i cant sooo i need something that i can just take and i will feel a little better PLEASE help

If you really have a streptococcal infection then you need antibiotics. And for that you need a doctor.
If however you have a sore throat, typical of a virus, then fluids and ibuprofen or paracetamol, plus rest of course, are what will help.
Either way, maybe screaming yourself hoarse at a concert tonight is not the best option. Sorry.

If you are 100% sure it is strep, you will need an antibiotic from your doctor. For now, just gargle with warm water, not salt water.. I just got over strep and pneumonia, and when your tonsils are already inflamed, the salt can actually irritate them more. (coming from a Dr's words a week ago) Definitely do take ibruprofens as they are anti-inflammatories and can decrease any swelling in the glands or tonsils that you may have. Go to the concert, but try not to yell so much or you will be miserable and it will ruin your evening, trust me.

two quick helps would be a: 2 aspirin, let them melt in your mouth or 1000mg of vitamin c (chewables) and let them melt in your mouth. either will coat the raw area of your throat, give quip temp relief, but you will still be a contageon at the concert and since you intend to scream, your throat will hurt even more the next day
your friends and any one else you come in contact with will still get sick, so you will share youre disease and not be alone in your uncomfort. WOW there really are still very selfish inconsiderate people out there in this age of political correctness

you could see your loved ones physician and get on an antibiotic, it takes some days however the streptococcus micro organism would be killed. in case you get on the antibiotic on the instant you are going to be feeling lots greater helpful by using the top of the week. there is not any rapid restoration regrettably it has to run its course. I had strep 4 circumstances and finally had to get my tonsils out.
