Recently I saw a new recipe book by Pillsbury and I wanted to go get and it wasn't there. It was recipes for appetizers and deserts. For this season. They have a recipe that I would so much like to have. It is called Blueberry Pudding Pie. I they said you can top it off with whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. That is all I know but if you have the book and have the recipe can you please share it with me!! It would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

Try going on Pillsbury's website and it should be there. If it's not, send the company an email requesting the recipe. I did it for a recipe that I wanted from McCormicks, and they sent it to me. Try that. If not, go to www.recipezaar.com or www.allrecipes.com. Good luck, I hope this helped.

Easy Blueberry Pudding Pie

1 (9-inch) Pillsbury refrigerated pie crust

1 (31/8-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding

2 cups milk

2 pints fresh blueberries

2 tablespoons fruit spread (without seeds)

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Press the pie crust into a 9-inch pie pan and crimp edge. Prick crust 20 times all over with a fork. Bake in a 450-degree oven 9 to 11 minutes until golden.

Meanwhile, prepare pudding mix using 2 cups milk as directed on box. When crust is cool, layer 1 pint fresh berries in bottom of crust. Fill with pudding. Top with other pint of berries. Heat spread in a small saucepan over low heat until melted. Use a pastry brush to brush the spread over the fruit to glaze the top. If you don't have a brush, drizzle it decoratively over the top. Chill 2 hours and serve. Makes 8 servings.
