pineapple juice. I love spiced tea but I am on a carb diet and was just wondering if there is a subsitute for orange juice and pineapple juice. thanks

V-8 makes a diet juice drink called diet V-8 splash Tripical Blend. It can be found in the juice aisle. It contains (among other things) pineapple, apple, lime, mango kiwi and carrot juices. 3g carbs 2g sugar.

There are low carb juices available. Try a spiced tea with out juice!

Crystal Light makes a drink called Sunrise (I think). It is orange flavored and comes ready made in little bottles. When I was on the South Beach Diet, I used to drink that instead of OJ.
