I have been told to send someone a zipped file or document but I don't know how to do that. Can someone advise me?

I see that when I right click on the document that needs to be zipped, I get options that include a Send To: compressed folder....what is this and how do I use it. When I tried to use it today I couldn't.

When you right click on your document, see if you can find a menu named, ADD TO "name of your document" it will make a zip file of your document in the same file map

some digital mail classes will placed it right into a zipper once you precise click the record and choose deliver to > digital mail recipient. If not, and you have winzip, winrar or 7zip {or comparable compression application put in} then precise click it and choose upload To "record call.zip". then once you're sending your digital mail, the two basically drag and drop it into the window which will connect it or opt for on the digital mail application upload Attachment and skim for the .Zip record you made.
