just for the record I live in the USA and have been a citizen since birth, however unlike u I am a world traveler. U have been brainwashed. We are not the country we were in 1950 at which time much of what u said was true. Currently our economy is in big trouble, there are at least 9 other countrys with a higher standadrd of living. Our education level is not even in the top 25 world wide. Since 1967 tyhe SAT scores have been going down in spite of making the test easier. China basically owns us. We as a people are allowing the merchants to lower wages every year. Currently there is almost no middle class while in the 50's it was by far the largest gtoup on the income scale.
Ho Chi Minh asked us for help getting his country started and instead we gave him war. We only help those countries who have something we want, most African countries have received scant to no help. We are hated for the same reason other kids on the playground hate the big dumb bully.

Facts-
1.we are the best in whatever we do. (The Japanese have had us beat in everything for ages)
2.we are best example of democracy. (Are we? We've been stuck in "minority rules" for the past 20 years)
3.all men/women are free here. (free to vote yes... free to do other things? Have another look)
4.we are the richest and most advanced. (Sure, money means you are GREAT!! *sigh*)
5.we are the happiest. (tell that to the 30% of the population below poverty)
6.we help everybody in this world. (Except our own)
7.we give food and aid to everybody. (While 30% of our own are below poverty and even more cannot afford decent health care)
8.nobody goes emptyhanded, if they ask for help.(LOLOL Sorry that's just funny)
9.we are best human example. (Kill the babies!! Save the whales!!)
Many other countries are far from jealous of the US, but pity the hell out of us.

The arrogance of everything you just said, and the fact that you felt you had to brag about it, is why the United States is hated.

Well I hate your president "Bush".
I am not jealous of "USA" I am happy where I live, it is the place where you can call it home.
Could you explain to me why are there so much homeless/helpless in your country?
in point 9, sorry but in my point view, your president just bring the "worst" of you...
Oh and if your the happiest, why there is many committing suicide in your country?
And bragging how rich you are, is like your just showing "we can buy the most dangerous nuclear system or something", or even "We could buy all the world with our money".

We are the best at anything we put our minds to do! No doubt about it. If some third world country (that would be any country that is not the USA) surpasses us, we have no trouble in caching up and surpassing them. That is one of the reasons we are the best. But we are not a Democracy, we are a Republic.
