Whatever they seem to have placed the most thought in. If their outfit matches, or their hair is really nice. Thats what they put work into that day. When giving a compliment make sure its what you really think. If your being honest thats what will show. It really don't matter what you compliment as long as its mature and not dirty.
If you like her eyes don't try to say her eyes look nice that day. Try to find something she might be wearing that enhances her eyes. Or if her hair makes her face look good that day you can say that. If she looks good that day say so and why. "You look so good today, your shirt brings the green out in your eyes." Some women like their stuff. Such as rings or phones. shoes etc. You can make a simple comment like "I like that ring where did you get it?"
One time I had a girl just come up to me and tell me I had the perfect nose. At first I didn't believe her or even realize it was a good nose. Years later another woman said that to me. If you lie to a girl or compliment something that is not true they will know it. They might not realize its an honest statement right away. Either way it felt good to hear someone compliment a feature of mine. I actually didn't believe her till I went and asked someone else what they thought.

Little girls don't know what they want yet! Maybe that they are cute and smart?
OR how great it is that they dont need plastic lining on their beds anymore?

Dude everyting!their smile, the way they laugh,,the color of their eyes.It depends onthe girl for u to say like nice ***!! or nice boobs.That would affend most girls.Or some would jsut shake it off.

they like to be told how muture and resposible they are.....kids around those ages are trying so hard to not be kids anymore and love to hear how muturely they handle a situation
