After all the faith you've had in the christian lord, still, There is no more evidance supporting his existance than that the Flying Spaghetti Monster created the world?
Many of the best scientists say the FSM has no more evidence of existance than the christian god.
Faith basically means believing without evidence?
There are so many things you could believe, that don't have evidence: An invisible teacup orbiting the earth, a giant monkey on your roof, Islam, Paganism, Turkeyism, Pastafarianism (the list of possibilites is close to infinitive)...
SO...How do you decide what you have 'faith' in? As all the above required faith and most people don't believe in any of them. Will you really be faced with Zeus after you die?
P.s. For christians saying 'Are you so sure that there is no evidence!?' and posting those propaganda sites. Plz just skip the nonsense and move on to next question.

Good point IasStam. Pascal's gamble is what you have been influenced by. If you believe, what's the risk? If you don't believe, then you have to worry a little. But all religions work like that. Almost every single religion harps on questions no1 can possibly know the answer to and puts a risk factor on them. That is no reason to believe because you are influenced by fear though.

Well michelle, you don't have faith that the Flying spaghetti Monster doesn't exist, you only seem to have faith he doesn't.
Er erm...I must point out that faith means believing without evidence though....so The above statement is not really true. Look at the world you live in and decide 'Is this really the kind of world that is controlled by an all-perfect god?' I would have to say no, but that's my opinion. While I can't disprove the existance of god, I do have evidence to suggest he is not real, which takes the edge off of believing he is there without any evidence. I don't believe in FSM, Christian God, Islam god or any of those. Just as I don't believe there is a big blue invisible monkey on my roof. It is just the evidence to suggest that is not there.

I think people have faith in the things they're told by their parents. Most Christians were raised to be Christians, and so forth...

We have faith in the Bible, and we have faith that the Bible is the exact word of God. Your right, it takes a bunch of faith, because we can't see him. But, think of this. Hypothetically, if there wasn't a God when I die, and I believe in him but there is nothing in the afterlife, I will be safe. But if there is a God, and I believe in him, and trust him with my life, then I will be safe. So, I can't lose by believing in God. I would rather be 100 percent sure that God exists, rather than acting like he doesn't and not being sure.
I know without a doubt that God exists. And a flying spaghetti monster is a little rash. :P

Well, I used my 120 million cells and 130 trillion electronic / chemical connections called my brain and researched Christianity prior to becoming a Christian. You are right, you need evidence. The book "The Signature of God" by Grant Jeffrey provided scientific, historical and geographical evidence supporting the bible and after reading this and many other sources, I have no choice but to believe the bible is the infallible word of God. Peace :-)

I decided what to have faith in because I saw personal proof of God working in my life, my heart says its right.
However, Im an intelligent creature, I am logical, and admit there is no proof for my belief, faith is the proof. SO, is it possible that it wasnt God working in my life, sure, maybe it was Zeus, maybe it was the FSM, sure.
Faith tells me otherwise, and that faith is what gives me proof. Circular yes, proof=faith, faith=proof, but it is what feels right for me. I can admit it is illogical, and seems a little retarded, but it is what works for me personally, I dont expect it to work for everyone.

John 10: 26-28. Gods Word assures us no one or thing can take us out of Gods care.
Faith is without evidence (physically seen yet) But faith is given and faith is the title deed of the request. God gives an assurance and when God gives it to you, you know you have it.
To me that is spiritual evidence. Then it comes to pass in Gods timing and becomes physical evidence.

If you would study the Bible you would have your answers.
Try a church study group of your choice that would help you.
Believe me there are answers to your questions you just have to want to find them. The evidence of god is earth and life it self.
I have found god in my life and that my friend you can't disprove.

The book of Revelation assures us that Satan & his demons and all those who are judged unworthy of living forever, will be thrown into the symbolic "lake of fire" which means they will be put out of existance (not tormented) Even death and hell itself will be thrown into the "lake of fire." What does that tell us? It means that there will be no more death or hell (grave).
So in answer to your question---no one is cast into hell---they are buried in it.

ROMANS 8:1. There is therefore now no condemnation to them who are in Christ Jesus, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. 2. For the law of the Spirit of life, in Christ Jesus, hath made me free from the law of sin and death.3. For what the law could not do, in that it was weak through the flesh, God, sending his own Son in the likeness of sinful flesh, and for sin, condemned sin in the flesh: 4. That the righteousness of the law may be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit.5. For they that are according to the flesh, do mind the things of the flesh: but they that are according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit.
6. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace:16. The Spirit itself testifieth with our spirit, that we are the children of God:
