I was going though your questions to tell you which one was the best one. At that time i could guess your age, qualification, friendship, love, etc., etc., to some extent.
The problem your having now is that OF YOUR AGE and for this reason you are not getting sleep. Baby I am like your father and my advice is please do not try any sleeping pills and it will ruin your life.
Instead try to do Yoga and Meditation it will be very helpful and you will get sleep automatically. Try to get married to a good boy with the consent of your parents and it will solve all your problems. Am I right.
Best of Luck-

I would suggest you see your physician like tomorrow. Not being able to rest and get proper sleep is bad on the mind and the body. You can't think properly if you're tired, you will be cranky, and irritable. Insomnia is terrible, because it robs people of their very needed rest. The doctor will ask is there something that is troubling you? Obviously something is wearing "heavy" on your mind and "spirit". So you may need to get sleeping pills to help fix the promblem temporarily. If you are depressed as well, then the doctor may prescribe an anti-depressant.
See your physician please....No sleep is so terrible! I have been there and I know. I make it a point to get my rest daily. Don't let anything wear and beat you down to the point you can't sleep. The devil is a liar. Be in peace, and in courage in Jesus name.

Dear Nutan,
The information available to me are not sufficient to decide the probable cause to your problem.But still a few small things to help out;
1. Take less food in dinner
2. Take a shower
3.Noise level to be minimum possible
4. Try to minimize lights
5.Go for walk before bed
6.massage your body with mustard oil
Above all concentrate/ meditate to achieve harmony of body and mind

I used to have this problem and basically what I did to fall asleep was the following
Exercise (mostly yoga)
Tea and calming music
Don't talk to anyone, talking can lead to your brain sparking up
IF YOU HAVE TO!!!! take over the counter sleep medication but just that for sleep nothing that has pain killer in it like acetomenaphine.

Stay away from Caffeine 4 hours before bed. Try taking a hot bath or lie down on a heating blanket.

you may need to ask yourself what is causing this.is it that you worry about not getting enough sleep,or could it be that you are afraid of over sleeping and being late some place?are you eating to close to bedtime?you could be eating foods that disagrees with you that makes you feel restless.taking naps in the afternoon can cause you not to sleep well at night.

Ditto to all the below questions (except the sleeping pill one). You can also try melatonin, which helps to regulate hormones related to sleep/wake patterns. Also try cutting out caffeine.

its is not a serious problem. first of all before going to bed wash your foot with water & see the photo of any god. At morning
when you wake up again see the photo of god, then get fresh &
go for morning walk. Do prayanam (anolom vilom)daily.
at last i want to say don't take tension when you go to the bed
and always write the name of your mother on your pillow( with out
using any ink) by you fingure, do these things you will definately
improve in one month.

I'm sorry your having trouble sleeping. Try lowering your caffeine intake. Reading helps. If you have worries, tell yourself,"this is my time to sleep and I'm dealing with my worries tomorrow."
