I'm horrible at grammar and I wanted to know which of these statements would be correct.

Eddy and me with Mat Devine of Kill Hannah.

or

Eddy and I with Mat Devine of Kill Hannah.

Is there a rule to follow? I never know when to use "me" or "I".

If I wanted to label a picture, would I label it "Eddy and Me" or "Eddy and I"?

Please help. Thank you.

I forgot to mention that these are not supposed to be sentences but statements rather. I'm doing a project and I want to label these pictures, and so on. Sorry for the lack of information.

Your first sentence needs a verb that's why you're having problems.

Eddy and I (both subjects) is academically correct.

Use "me" as an object. He gave it to me ("He" is the subject and "me" is the object)

Example:
Eddy went with Mat Devine ("Eddie" is the subject)
I went with Mat Devine ("I" is the subject)
Both are subjects so you have to write "Eddy and I"

Or you can think of it as source (subject) and target (object) and you will never have to think about it again.

BTW: "Eddy and me" is common used in the USA, although it is improper grammar.

There is a simple trick that will help you to decide.

'I' is always the subject if the sentence so...

Consider this:
I have a book v Me has a book. One just 'knows' that the first is correct. So it is when there is more than one subject.
Thus:
Eddy and I have a book v Eddy and me have a book.

Now take out the first part of the sentence (Eddy and) and you will easily hear which is correct (Eddy and I have a book).

As for your picture, would you label it 'I' or 'me'. If I were labelling it, I would be inclined to write 'Eddy and me'. It is just a title. Wouldn't just the word 'I' sound funny under a picture!

Use ME. If you remove the second part of the subject (eddy in this case) which would you use? Same. That's the rule here. You wouldn't say "I with Mat Devine of Kill Hannah."

Neither of the examples you provided is a complete sentence. You need to write a complete sentence first and them determine if the pronoun you want to use is the subject, direct object, or some other thing in the sentence. If its a subject, use "I," but if its a direct object, use "me."
