Yes, It is what we in Texas call Chicken Feathered. I took the TCLOSE in 1992 and I now teach LEO as well as a field training officer. Back then all we had to learn was the law. Now the state has added opinions into the test. Not very fair. Remember look for the best answer many of the answers will fit the question but the state is looking for the one that best fits the question. Like I said Chicken feathered!!!
