Well I can't say unless you give your height, but weight isn't everything, health is much more important. If your concerned that you are over or under weight you could go see a doctor to stop you from worrying.
Have a look at this website and put your details in but remember at 13 your still growing so it's normal to put on a little weight or loose a little from time to time.

Without knowing the height, build, or if the 13-year-old is a boy or a girl, it would be difficult for me to give you any specifics. However, perhaps the following information will help you. A healthy weight for most of us up to age 20 is evaluated by using the CDC`s (Center for Disease Control and Prevention) Growth Charts (see reference below). We are compared only to ourselves in weight and height. If you are of average build, you might fall into the 50th percentile. If you have tall, large-build parents, you may be in the 75th percentile and if your family is smaller in size you may be in the 25th percentile. But, no matter what percentile you fall into, you should continue to follow that same one throughout your life. If your weight significantly jumps to a higher or lower percentile, you most likely are not in your proper weight range. Your doctor can evaluate your growth and let you know if you are at a healthy weight (Do not let advertising models and actors/actresses be your guide. They often influence us to set unrealistic and unhealthy weight goals for ourselves).
If you do determine that you are overweight and would like to lose weight (in the form of body fat, not muscle), it is best to divide your food into well-balanced meals and snacks daily while limiting the "junk" foods (those high in fat and sugar). Skipping meals is not a good idea. Also, since a 13-year-old is still growing and needs the energy and nutrients supplied, calories should not be cut drastically. To help you reach your goal, a Registered Dietitian (RD) can help you fine-tune your current eating habits in a safe, effective way. To find a RD in your area, see the reference listed below.
Oh, and one more thing…don`t forget to fit exercise into your day. Eating a healthy variety of foods (in moderation) and staying physically active is the best way to keep your body in great shape. Good luck! Here is the CDC website to click on download their version of the normal averages: My computer won't let me download it: http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/about/major/nhanes/growthcharts/charts.htm

You want a 'normal' weight for a 'small' 13 yr old. That's tough to do considering both are different things.
If at regular checkups the doctor isn't worried about the weight (always ask) then there isn't anything to be concerned about.
This page gives growth charts. I don't know if you want boy or girl. It shows what a child should weigh at what height and age.

If you are still striving to improve you're straight and you're trying to get both hands over the wheel, put Vert Shock to the test, a course that you will believe it is here https://tr.im/oI5Af and give it a decide to try, you'll be surprised of how quickly you may become a creature hopper if you train the right way.
This system will not cause you to jump thousands of times since Vert Shock was created and utilized by real elite level basketball players.
In regards down to it, if you actually want to jump larger, you merely found the most effective program on earth to accomplish so. Any way would just be a waste of time.

How tall is he/she? The weight would depend on several factors, and believe me when I tell you.... at 13, image is one of the most important issues facing teens.
Here's a pretty good article that sort of explains the developmental growth patterns of adolescents:

Do not worry about your weight. It's not how much you weigh, it's what you feel like that's important. Besides, you can weigh more than the next person but still look as fit so if your happy with what you look like, dont worry about how much you weigh.

ermm...an average 13 year old is about 115-125 lbs i believe. so for a "small" 13 year old i'd say maybe 100-110 lbs.
