I have never heard the term before, just curious if anyone knew what she was referring to.

umm mayb she has a cat and well she want u to give it a bath or she dresses up as a cat and u give her a bath

How do cats bathe? They lick their whole bodies! This is a playful and flirty invitation. You're in there, don't screw this up!
Girls like guys that are somewhat cocky and humorous. Tell her that would would give her a kitty bath but you don't want the hairballs. Her mouth will drop open and she will hit you. (hitting is a good thing), a playful hit, not a black eye. You're acting like she has a hair problem, you both know it isn't true.
Next time you see her, tell her you practiced on your cat. Tell her that you cannot see her anymore because you did it so well that your cat will be jealous and scratch you. This will show her you're funny and a little sick, humor wise. (good again) It's a way of bragging without bragging.
Then get hypothetical and turn it around on her. Ask her if she'd purr and stretch like your cat does to show appreciation, otherwise you'll just stick with your cat. Act like she's competing with your cat for attention! She'll love it.
