we have been going out for about 2 months, parents dont no. He suggested a x-mas present for me, white roses. I thought it was so cute and a great idea, but didnt want to be a ***** so i said i dont care. But now he wont get me anything. How can i change my answer without looking like a idiot?

You should not dwell on it. When xmas comes around get him something and don't think about your gift. This is the season of giving, since you already miscommunicated by acting all nonchalant when wanting to receive a gift is your true intentions. If he said that he was not getting you anything then you will have to deal with not getting a gift this xmas. Communicate your feelings but you will come across as just wanting a gift from him.
