Personality is attractive enough U shouldn't like some1 who only has a standard in girls BUT if u just want him 2 notice u more then other girls then just a little bit of make-up & a "Hey" is always good

the crush you like should like the way you are now, don't try to be something that you not. If he doesn't like you the way you are you don't need him. find someone else who will appriciate you just the way you are.

well, you have to start hanging out with him more and start talking to him about anything, just not too girly stuff. talk to him and ask him questions abou his hobby or something. take good care of yourselh, your body, healthyness, hair, face, skin, etc. lol. you'll shine! of course don't annoy him with too many questions or by talking too much, and wear lip gloss. good luck! ;)
