I've tried a site; torrentspy.com, but I do not know how to download movies or songs. Please help me.

First get a program installed that can read the torrent files.
http://www.utorrent.com for example.
You'll figure it out I think after that.

You need a program like azureus once you download and run open and ente r the tracker or simply just double click the tracker icon you downloaded from any torrent site it will auto run and find seeders for you.

then go to a site like this: http://isohunt.com/
and search for whatever and click download torrent, then go to OPEN WITH bitcomet, and it will download to C:\program files\bitcomet\downloads

You need a client (BitTorrent, BitComet) and a finder (ISOhunt). Go to isohunt.com then search & it will activate your client to downlad.
