how do I create ripple effects with macromedia flash 8?

i want to do a terrific logo for my company web, i'd welcome any suggestions

Oh man I loved using that program so much!!!!!! But it is really hard how to tell someone to do that over the computer like this...I dont remermber all the proper terms for the buttons. Sorry man I am no help! GOOD LUCK THOUGH
